Nevertheless, the most popular are labels made of standard raw materials – therrmal or thermaltransfer materials.

Thermal labels made of thermal materials are used mainly in food sector.
Thermal labels have relative short durability, are sensitive to light and mechanical damage.
Thermal printing is a process which produces a print by selectively heating thermal paper. Paper turns black in the areas where it is heated, producing an image.

Thermal labels are produced of two raw materials:

  • Thermal eco – is used to produce labels which are not exposed for damage because of low resistance to fat and moisture;
  • Thermal top –both side coated paper with high resistance to fat, moisture and obliteration;

Thermaltransfer labels are the most universal and popular labels on the market. Thermaltransfer printing is a process which produce a print with thermal transfer ribbon in the majority available on the market labels’ printers.

Aniflex produces thermal transfer labels in two basics variants:

  • Vellum labels – are used mainly when readability printing bar code or identification data is extraordinarily important.
  • Semigloss labels – are used mainly for the package where visual advantages are the key of importance.
